About the role:

We’re seeking a Senior Studio Manager to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of the resourcing function, you’ll closely partner with the Head of Resourcing and on-site teams across the Western timezone.



You will fulfill resource requests, monitor employee utilization, coordinate internal moves across accounts, and source high-quality talent for both short-term and long-term freelance placements. This role also involves data entry and maintenance within proprietary systems and partner platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen top creative talent for open roles in the Western time zone, leveraging your networks and knowledge of the creative industry.
- Manage and triage resource requests (tickets) from across the business, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of resources.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates from the freelance pool to assess skill set and culture fit.
- Screen referrals and build relationships with referred talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
- Negotiate freelance rates and terms to ensure win-win agreements.
