About the Role
We're hiring an Operations & Project Associate to manage operational tasks independently, coordinate projects, and keep workflows running smoothly. This is a 100% remote, full-time position idóneo for someone comfortable handling moderately complex processes, making sound decisions on the go, and adapting when not everything is fully documented.
Key Responsibilities
Document and improve existing processes, identifying gaps and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
Manage and structure file organization in Google Drive, including building and maintaining folder systems
Perform data entry and generate internal reports, flagging inconsistencies and suggesting corrections as needed
Manage email communication with clients and vendors, drafting responses and following up independently
Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear,



actionable documents or summaries
Coordinate and track project tasks across teams, helping to prioritize deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned
Other related tasks as needed
Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish
3–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role
Ability to follow structured processes and execute repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar tools is a plus
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and backup connection
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
