We’re hiring: Lead Recruiter – Trucking & Driver Recruitment

We are rebuilding our recruiting vertical, and we are looking for someone who wants to build it with us — not simply fill open positions.
This role will start hands-on. You will recruit drivers, speak with candidates, qualify them, follow up, manage pipelines, and help us deliver results for our clients.

But that is only the starting point.
Our expectation is for this person to quickly grow from recruiter → manager → recruiting strategist → eventually, leader of the entire recruiting vertical.
That means we are looking for someone who is comfortable both doing the work and eventually leading the people doing it.

What You'll Own:

Initially, you will be responsible for:
Sourcing and recruiting CDL drivers for trucking companies.
Screening and qualifying candidates based on client requirements.
Conducting phone interviews and maintaining consistent candidate follow-up.
Managing recruiting pipelines from first contact through placement.




Communicating with clients to understand hiring needs and adjust recruiting efforts accordingly.
Identifying which sourcing channels, messaging, offers, and recruiting strategies are actually producing qualified candidates.
Maintaining strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Helping improve recruiting processes, scripts, follow-up cadences, reporting, and conversion rates.
As the vertical grows, your responsibilities will expand into:
Developing recruiting strategies for different trucking clients and driver profiles.
Establishing processes, KPIs, and performance standards.
Training and managing additional recruiters.
Reviewing recruiter performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Managing client recruiting accounts and expectations.
Helping determine staffing needs as the operation expands.
Ultimately taking ownership of the strategy, execution, and performance of the recruiting department.
