Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and track performance for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Plan and generate engaging content aligned with brand strategies to increase audience engagement.

Monitor key marketing metrics KPIs to evaluate success and optimize ongoing efforts.

Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and key deliverables.

Requirements

Education Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience 2 to 4 years of handson experience in digital marketing, campaign management,



or content creation.

Language Professional English Proficiency C1 level required.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation Benefits

Base Salary To be agreed upon discussed during the interview process.

Additional Allowance 500,000 COP.

Payment Terms Biweekly payment schedule.
