This role plays a critical position within the Customer Events Experience organization, overseeing the Back Office capabilities, including HCP/HCO contracts, payments execution, expense reimbursements, and meeting card reconciliation, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and audit readiness at scale. This role serves as a control tower for financial and compliance processes related to events, ensuring end-to-end governance, accuracy, and audit readiness, while partnering closely with Front Office teams to enable seamless event execution. Additionally, this role leads a team of specialists and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Legal) to deliver predictable, compliant, and efficient event operations across multiple countries.
