Kaplan International is looking for an ambitious Junior Client Executive (native Spanish speaker with fluent English) who has a keen interest in international education and cultural exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience working with study abroad agencies and Kaplan language schools, as well as a general familiarity with the language travel industry. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow business with agents in Latin America who are sending students to study English, and other languages abroad.ResponsibilitiesAssist in administrative process, update and maintain policies and procedures, referrals, payments, databaseHandle administrative requests and queries from Account and Regional managersSystematically and proactively managing agent bookings, both telephone and email communication in Spanish and EnglishBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with agents and our customer services teamUtilizing Salesforce CRM System as well as various internal systems and databases to manage bookings and groups referralsDealing effectively with challenges, resolving complaints, escalating issues to the relevant line managers and providing ongoing customer supportManaging cancellations & postponementsTo meet and exceed our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Manage sales pipeline to achieve team sales targets and drive resultsPrepare and provide quotes developing relationships of both new and existing partnersSupporting the Account and Regional Manager for the regionDemonstrating an excellent knowledge of Kaplan International productsRequirementsRequires 2-5 years related experienceA true hunter,
