Job Title Intake Specialist / Legal Administrative Assistant Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Salary: $2800.000 - $3200.000 COP Modality On site (Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali o Medellín) Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Specialist / Legal Administrative Assistant to join our growing Personal Injury team.
This individual will play a key role in client intake and administrative case support, serving as one of the first points of contact for potential clients while assisting attorneys and case managers with day-to-day office and file management.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn the personal injury process. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients. Conduct initial client intake and gather relevant case information.
Qualify leads and assess potential personal injury claims. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients. Assist with opening new cases and organizing documentation.



Request and track medical records, police reports, and supporting documents.
Draft basic correspondence and assist with routine administrative documentation. Update case management systems and maintain accurate notes and files. Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies as needed. Provide excellent customer service and compassionate client support throughout the legal process.

Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in intake, legal administration, or a related client-facing/administrative role required. Experience in a Personal Injury law firm is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
