Overview
In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager with more than 5 of experience managing complex, long‑duration projects within agencies, corporate environments, or general networks. Their mission will focus on leading and coordinating multiple workstreams,



overseeing the full project lifecycle—from initiation through implementation to final delivery—while ensuring the successful execution of operational solutions for clients and the effective management of senior stakeholder communities across the Publicis Groupe ecosystem. This role will be responsible for project estimation, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting, ensuring teams meet their commitments and that every project is executed with efficiency, organization, and strategic focus.
Responsibilities
Establish positive, trust-based relationships with Offshore and Onshore team members
Effectively prioritize their own tasks
Own the creation of documentation of projects and present improvement ideas
Participate actively in team meetings aiding in tasks estimations and provide accurate risks assessments.
Proactively participate in knowledge transfer and ramp up of new team members
Manage difficult situations by proactively seeking solutions within the team
Proactively seek feedback and create action plans based on it.
