? Logistics Coordinator – Track & Trace

? Location: Barranquilla – Onsite
? Salary: $3,520,000 COP
? Contract: Indefinite-term contract
? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

? Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, preferably in Track & Trace, transportation, dispatching, or shipment monitoring.
English level B2 or C1.
High School Diploma or higher.
Availability to work onsite in Barranquilla and the assigned afternoon/evening shift.

? Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track shipments throughout the transportation process.
Provide real-time updates on shipment status and delivery progress.
Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
Identify and escalate delays, exceptions,



or operational issues.
Maintain accurate shipment information and update tracking systems.
Follow up on delivery milestones and ensure timely completion.
Support the team in resolving transportation-related issues.
Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

? Training & Work Schedule
Training shift: Monday to Friday, either 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, depending on operational requirements.
Regular shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

? This is an onsite position in Barranquilla.
