The person joining as Copywriter will be responsible for writing persuasive, on-brand copy across email, SMS, ads, landing pages, and product listings for our portfolio of ecommerce brands — with a primary focus on email and SMS marketing.
This is a role for someone who writes to convert, not just to sound good, and who can hold several distinct brand voices at once without losing consistency within each one.

Role
The Copywriter is responsible for owning each brand's email and SMS program in Klaviyo,



writing copy for ad creatives within briefs set by each brand's Creative Strategist, writing landing page and product page copy, and handling copy requests from multiple brands in parallel.
This role requires strong direct-response writing skills, comfort working inside an existing brief and strategy rather than defining it, and the ability to prioritize requests coming from multiple brands at once.
The person in this role will work closely with each brand's Creative Strategist, Graphic Designer, and Media Buyer, and will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Copywriter Responsibilities
❖ Email & SMS
➢ Own and manage each brand's email and SMS program in Klaviyo: flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and promotional campaigns.
➢ Write and test subject lines, copy, and CTAs to drive open rate, click rate, and revenue attributed to email/SMS.
