The primary purpose of this position (Ops Specialists) is to coordinate and plan the customer orders / shipments accordingly to the agreed upon account scope, in addition, to all the customer inquiries regarding visibility and status of the shipments along with complaints and ad hoc requests. The role ensures the enabling of acceptable customer satisfaction, business growth, productivity improvement and collaboration across the different business involved parties.

The idóneo candidate is expected to assist in maintaining both customer service and customer satisfaction by also executing the processes based on the WI’s and SOP’s and identifying flaws or improvement opportunities.

The successful candidate will work in close cooperation and alignment with the Operations Supervisors, Functional Process Owners (FPO), Business Management and Operations Managers to identify and develop new processes in order to drive productivity and harmonize customer processes within the LCC.

Responsabilities:




Manage activities related to the Ops Specialist function within the Bogota LCC; Accomplished by direct-line management of Ops Supervisors.
SOP (Standard Operations Procedure) and WI (Work Instruction) execution, observing and maintaining the customer service and service level agreements for all new and existing clients.
Represent KN in meetings and conference calls, including service demonstrations during customer visits and internal and/or external audits.
Manage and solve medium and high business issues with involved parties such as IT, procurement, quality or regional/ global LCCs at management level.
Consistent in time reporting of escalation potential to the relevant level of decision makers.
Identify and propose new business/service opportunities to the relevant level of decision makers.
Participation and execution of the testing (UAT – User Acceptance Testing) related to all new client activity (new and existing clients); acting as bridge between IL Implementation and LCC O
