? About the Role
The Product & Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing market share, sales, and profitability across the Surface Rock Drilling (SRD) portfolio.
The role combines technical product expertise, commercial strategy, market development, and sales support, with a strong focus on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening Epiroc's position in the market.
? Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop sales opportunities across the SRD portfolio
• Monitor market share, customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market niches
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, distributors, and channels




• Develop value propositions and support consultative sales initiatives
• Maintain market intelligence covering pricing, products, competition, and demand
• Prepare market analyses, competitor comparisons, and localized marketing materials
• Support strategies for market entry and demand generation
• Coordinate and follow the order-to-deliver process
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to drive sustainable growth
? What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
✅ 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, product management, marketing, business development, or commercial roles
✅ Strong knowledge of surface drilling and exploration equipment and applications
✅ Experience within the mining industry, ideally across Central America and the Caribbean
✅ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and analyze market potential
