Scope of Work:
The team is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer with strong Apex development skills and experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Agentforce-related capabilities. The role designs, develops, and supports scalable CRM applications, business automations, integrations, and AI-assisted user experiences that improve sales, service, and operational workflows. The objective is to deliver maintainable, reliable CRM solutions and bring practical experience applying AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities into production use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects,



and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.
Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills:
4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
