Role Overview:
You will take ownership of our marketing operations and content production. We have structured this role into a four-step onboarding and execution plan. You will begin by evaluating our current efforts and updating our assets before taking full management of our ongoing content calendar. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure all messaging aligns with our outbound sales goals.

Your Phased Responsibilities:
Step One: Strategy Evaluation. You will start by performing a comprehensive evaluation of our current marketing strategy and identifying areas for immediate improvement.
Step Two: Collateral Refresh. You will use your graphic design skills to update and modernize our existing digital and print marketing collateral.
Step Three: Sales Enablement. You will prepare a series of digital assets for our new prospecting team. This includes writing five to six multi-step email drip campaigns and designing supporting email templates.
Step Four: Ongoing Content Management. You will manage the ongoing marketing plan by generating ideas, writing video scripts,



managing projects, and executing the publishing schedule.

Communication and Project Management:
You will provide daily and weekly progress updates to keep the leadership team informed of your pipeline.
You will prepare all upcoming content and design assets in advance. You will present these items for leadership approval during our weekly marketing alignment meeting.
You will manage our master content calendar and track all production stages using Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Lists.

Requirements:
You must possess strong graphic design skills and be proficient in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud to create social media posts, print flyers, and digital brochures.
You must have excellent English writing and proofreading skills specifically tailored for B2B audiences.
You must be capable of writing high-converting outbound sales emails and engaging educational video scripts.
