Billing and Collections Assistant at BairesDev

As a Billing & Collections Junior Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the finance team in managing customer invoicing and payment collection processes. You'll assist with billing activities, payment tracking, and account reconciliations while learning about financial operations under the guidance of experienced finance professionals.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in preparing and processing customer invoices according to contracts.




- Support accounts receivable follow-up and collections activities.
- Help reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Aid in monitoring payment status and maintaining payment records.
- Support customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
- Assist in preparing billing and collections reports and analyses.

What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in billing, collections, or finance roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Experience with accounting or billing software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Good communication skills for customer interactions.
- Good level of English.
