Role Description The Video Editor & Content Producer at GME ALLIANCE is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín. The role involves planning, filming, and editing video content for educational, marketing, and internal communication purposes. Daily tasks include organizing footage, assembling rough and final cuts, adding sound, graphics, and captions, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.

Editor & Content Producer collaborates closely with marketing, education, and operations teams to develop concepts, refine messaging, and deliver content that aligns with organizational goals. The role also includes managing basic production logistics, maintaining equipment, optimizing content for digital platforms, and continuously improving workflows based on performance metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation software.
- Experience in multimedia content production, including filming, lighting,



audio recording, and asset management for digital channels.
- Ability to develop and execute content concepts, including scripting, storyboarding, and structuring narratives for different formats and audiences.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices, including adapting video content for various platforms and audience engagement.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Relevant post-secondary education or training in film, media production, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare or education-related content production is a plus, as well as proficiency in English and Spanish.
