We are looking for a Track & Trace Specialist to monitor and coordinate available loads, maintain accurate shipment updates, and ensure timely communication with carriers, planners, shippers, consignees, and other stakeholders throughout the transportation process.

What will you do?

- Track and monitor available loads through email and internal logistics systems, ensuring accurate updates on shipment status, locations, arrival, and departure times.
- Maintain proactive and assertive communication with Carriers, Shippers, Consignees, Planners,



and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and address operational concerns.
- Complete assigned KPIs within established parameters and promptly report any issues or exceptions that may impact timely and accurate reporting.

What are we looking for?
- Education: Professionals in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with carriers, customers, planners, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of U.S. Geography.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in internal software and logistics platforms.
