RVStaffing has partnered with a rapidly growing U.S.-based healthcare organization that supports a large network of dental practices through innovative technology, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making. As the company continues to invest in enterprise analytics and business intelligence, they are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead strategic analytics initiatives and drive the successful delivery of enterprise data solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager to play a critical role in leading the data warehouse migration from planning through implementation, validation, and adoption, while also managing related enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside executive leadership, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to manage high-impact projects that improve reporting, business intelligence, and organizational performance.

About the Role

As the Data & Analytics Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise data and analytics projects from concept through implementation and adoption. You will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives including reporting, business intelligence, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data warehouse projects while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

The adecuado candidate is a highly organized project leader with experience managing complex data warehouse or data platform migrations, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical dependencies into clear project plans and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

● Lead enterprise Data & Analytics projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch evaluation.

● Lead the enterprise data warehouse migration from project planning and discovery through migration, testing, cutover, implementation, and post-launch stabilization.

● Manage multiple analytics initiatives by coordinating timelines, priorities, dependencies, budgets, and resources.

● Partner with business stakeholders to defi ne project scope,



reporting requirements, success metrics, and deliverables.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams including Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, and business users.

● Oversee reporting and dashboard initiatives, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, deployment, and adoption.

● Support enterprise data warehouse implementations, cloud analytics platforms, and ETL/ELT initiatives.

● Manage Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, project roadmaps, and stakeholder reviews.

● Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and mitigation plans.

● Coordinate data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable reporting solutions.

● Support data governance initiatives including documentation, security, ownership, and compliance standards.

● Develop executive-level project communications, status reports, delivery roadmaps, and milestone updates.

● Coordinate release management, user training, documentation, and organizational change management initiatives.

● Continuously improve project delivery methodologies through standardization, lessons learned, and process optimization.

What You'll Bring to the Team

● Advanced English profi ciency (C1 or higher) is required.

● Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related fi eld (or equivalent experience).

● Minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology, business intelligence, analytics, or data projects.

● Proven experience managing data warehouse, data platform, or large-scale data migration projects.

● Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical functions.





● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.

● Experience coordinating analytics projects involving reporting, dashboards, data engineering, cloud platforms, or enterprise data warehouses.

● Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowfl ake, Azure, or comparable enterprise analytics platforms.

● Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, dimensional modeling, data integration, and modern cloud data architecture.

● Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

● Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business leaders.

● Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

● PMP, Certifi ed Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifi cation is highly preferred.

● Experience working within healthcare or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
