We are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead and coordinate a logistics team, ensuring operational efficiency, strong customer relationships, and high-quality service delivery.

What will you do?

- Lead and coordinate the team’s daily activities, organizing workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational priorities are successfully completed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and concerns and providing timely, effective, and professional solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the account’s logistics processes and positions to provide operational support, troubleshoot issues,



and ensure business continuity when needed.

What are we looking for?
- 1+ year of experience in logistics.
- Background in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous leadership or team supervision experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. Geography.
- Proficiency with logistics systems, TMS platforms, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, communication tools, and other operational software.
