Location: Remote, Latin America
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: USD $1,000 per month during the initial three-month trial period, increasing to USD $1,500 per month upon successful completion of the trial period.

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help connect Fiesta Health with the providers, schools, diagnostic centers, and community organizations that families turn to first.
The Role
This is a full-time, remote business-development role for a professional based in Latin America who will support Fiesta Health’s referral growth in the United States. The Business Development Representative will build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based pediatricians,



pediatric specialists, psychologists, diagnosticians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations that serve children and families affected by autism
The adecuado candidate is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, following up consistently, handling rejection professionally, and keeping accurate CRM records. You will represent Fiesta Health with warmth, professionalism, and credibility while helping referral partners and families move forward in accessing ABA services.
Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Training, approved messaging, and ongoing coaching will be provided.
