We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Omnichannel Content Merchandiser to join our team and help ensure that our product information and digital content are accurate, complete, engaging, and up to date across our e-commerce channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and maintaining product content, including descriptions, attributes, specifications, categories, images, and other digital product information. The content you manage will support multiple digital channels, including our website, mobile app, Rappi, marketplaces, and other digital commerce channels.

This is a hands-on and highly operational role within our e-commerce environment.



While creativity is valuable, this position is not focused on social media, community management, graphic design, or audiovisual production.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital content, web environments, e-commerce, or digital product management who enjoys working with information, technology, quality, and results.
What’s unique about this job (What you’ll do)

Digital Product Content Management

Create, update, optimize, and maintain product content for PriceSmart’s digital commerce channels.
Manage product descriptions, attributes, specifications, categories, and other relevant product information.
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with established content and brand guidelines.
Review and curate content received from different sources to ensure quality before publication.
