The SEO Manager is responsible for leading the SEO team, including SEO specialists, content writers, and the Web & Tracking Specialist, to deliver high-quality SEO services and Web & Tracking support across client accounts. This role focuses on team management, training, process adherence, and driving results through continuous performance monitoring. The SEO Manager ensures seamless collaboration with CX managers and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize client success.

Skills Needed
Strong understanding of SEO best practices (Technical SEO, On-page SEO, UX, Content strategy, Link building).
Solid knowledge of Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.




Familiarity with Web & Tracking tools (GA4, GTM; basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus).
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to coach and mentor team members.
An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data.
Experience managing client escalations and driving resolutions.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (PPC, Web, CX).
High level of organization and process-driven approach.

Specific Responsibilities
Provide direct support to SEO specialists, web specialists, and writers through monthly 1:1s and weekly team meetings.
Conduct initial training and expectation-setting for new SEO team members.
Manage active SEO accounts.
Conduct weekly follow-ups with each team member to review fulfillment and quality.
Ensure daily fulfillment through dashboards in ClickUp.
Participate in weekly meetings with the CX manager.
Provide feedback on SEO SOPs
