Collaboration with SEO, Client Experience, and other departments is essential for delivering holistic, high-impact marketing solutions.

Skills Needed
Strong understanding of PPC best practices across Search, Display, Video, and Paid Social.
Deep knowledge of platform capabilities including: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and more.




Experience with campaign strategy, budget pacing, and bid management.
Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in crafting client-facing updates.
High level of organization and process-driven approach to manage accounts effectively.
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task/project management tools.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for all assigned clients.
Team collaboration skills, especially in working alongside SEO and Web teams.
Commitment to ongoing learning and self-development, including the ability to complete both soft skill and technical training assigned by the COO or immediate supervisor.
