SCOPE
Across projects, you would be responsible for:
• Requirements definition, mission profile, and concept development
• Preliminary sizing, parametric studies, and hull form development
• Lines plan, hydrostatics, intact and damage stability to the applicable criteria
• Resistance and powering prediction, propulsion and propeller selection
• Weight estimate, CG control, and loading conditions
• General Arrangement development
• Structural design and scantlings to class rules or ISO 12215, with FEA where required
• Systems layout — propulsion, steering, piping, tanks, electrical
• Production and construction drawings, shell expansion, plate development, cutting files
• Class and flag submission packages, and responding to class comments
• Post-design support — builder RFIs, yard queries, inclining, trials, as-built updates

Please do not send a folder of renders. For ONE project you took from brief to production, show the chain:
• Hull model or lines plan
• A hydrostatics and stability report you produced
• The GA
• Structural drawings and the scantling basis
• Production or fabrication output
Redacted or watermarked material is fine. Please mention clearly which parts were your own work and which were done by others.
REQUIREMENTS
• Considerable experience in vessel design, with full-cycle project ownership
• Working knowledge of at least one classification society's rules and the submission process
• Fluent in the standard toolset (Rhino, Maxsurf, GHS, DELFTship, NAPA, AutoCAD, or equivalents — tell us which)
