As our Communications Intern, you will be at the forefront of shaping our internal communication initiatives, playing a vital role in strengthening the bond between our organization and its valued employees. This is an incredible chance to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of internal communication practices, ranging from employee engagement strategies to content development and change management.

Your Impact:
Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop engaging content.
Organize and update databases using tools such as Excel, Mailchimp, and Populo.
Support the design and implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
Prepare reports and dashboards with data and analysis on communication performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
Assist with employee engagement activities,



including town halls, team-building events, and other internal activations.
Support logistics and coordination for office-related activities.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.

Your Skills and Experience:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut.
