POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Manager is the senior local HR leader for the Colombia operation and is responsible for translating regional and global people priorities into compliant, practical, and measurable local execution. Based in Medellín and reporting to the HR Director, this hybrid role combines strategic business partnership with hands‑on leadership of HR operations, labor relations, talent acquisition, payroll and benefits oversight,



performance management, organizational development, employee engagement, and workplace health and safety. The position will directly lead a team of three HR professionals and will continue building and scaling the HR function as the business grows. The role serves as the primary HR advisor to Colombia leaders and employees while protecting the organization through sound judgment, accurate documentation, and consistent application of Colombian labor requirements and company policy.
