Digital Marketing and Customer Support – Remote | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Eastern Time)

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing to manage and grow our presence across major platforms, including WhatsApp / Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and other key social media channels.

This role focuses on the medical/healthcare industry and requires a candidate who can create engaging, compliant content while also managing paid advertising campaigns.

Work Schedule

- 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (ET)
- 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM (ET)

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, eBay)
- Customer support / Sales support
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, videos)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Market Place and paid social media campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve ROI
- Stay up to date with social media trends and healthcare marketing standards
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
- Manage Email Marketing campaigns




- Cold Calling (To customers)

Qualifications

- Must speak English fluently.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Experience with Google Ads
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and similar platforms
- Knowledge of analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus
- Sales Background and Customer support experience
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Video editing for social media and YouTube
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities

Remote Requirements

- Must be connected virtual office (Mic and Camera Open) during business hours
