Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about reporting and data management? We are looking for a Senior Executive Reporting to join our team and support critical reporting activities by delivering accurate and timely business reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports following established templates.
- Extract, compile, and analyze data from ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Validate report data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain reporting trackers and dashboards.
- Support month-end reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and issue resolution.
- Perform variance analysis and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure reports are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Maintain reporting documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of reporting and data management processes.




- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Reporting, MIS, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
- English proficiency: B2+ or higher.
- Excel high/intermediate level
