Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience leading operations teams in a senior leadership role within a BPO, logistics,



or service-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and executive client relationships.
- Strong experience leading Directors, Senior Managers, Operations Managers, or equivalent leadership structures.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, process improvements, scalability, and business growth initiatives.
- Experience overseeing account profitability, cost control, operational metrics, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills with the ability to present business insights to executive stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level) is required due to frequent interaction with U.S.-based clients and executive leadership.
