Role Description:

Sorso Water is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Full-Time Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations across our Toronto and South Florida regions. This is a critical role that ensures the financial health of our growing international business through strategic financial analysis, timely reporting, and efficient processing of payouts and taxes.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management to support strategic planning and operations.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of tax regulations, audit processes, and internal controls,



with the ability to maintain compliance and mitigate financial risk.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a senior accounting or similar role, ideally within a consumer products, wellness, or manufacturing environment.
- For the role speaking English is one of the skills we need to be at a B2 level or at least professional English.
