Scope of Work:

- The team is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer with strong Apex development skills and experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Agentforce-related capabilities. The role designs, develops, and supports scalable CRM applications, business automations, integrations, and AI-assisted user experiences that improve sales, service, and operational workflows. The objective is to deliver maintainable, reliable CRM solutions and bring practical experience applying AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities into production use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
- Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
- Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.




- Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

- 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with DevOps Center, Copado, Git-based workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with platform events, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
