We are a growing residential cleaning company in Pennsylvania looking for a long term Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This is primarily a sales and customer support role. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, great with customers, organized, proactive, and comfortable following up with leads and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls from potential and existing clients
- Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email
- Make outbound follow up calls
- Convert inquiries and estimates into booked services
- Follow up with past leads and clients
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Handle day to day customer questions and concerns
- Keep client and lead information updated in our systems
- Follow sales and customer service processes consistently
- Help improve processes, workflows, and automations when possible

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong phone presence
- Previous customer service experience
- Sales, lead follow up, or call center experience




- Comfortable handling objections and asking customers to book
- Experience working with US customers
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to solve problems independently
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Reliable computer, internet, and work environment
- Looking for a stable, long term position and wants to grow with a company

Schedule This is a full time position.

Primary hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with a one hour lunch break.

Some weekend coverage will also be required for new leads and customer inquiries.

Compensation

$8 to $12 USD per hour, depending on experience, plus performance based sales bonuses.

There is room to grow in both compensation and responsibility based on performance.
