Role Name: Ticketing Agent (Sabre Experience Required)

High Class Travel is seeking an experienced Ticketing Agent with strong Sabre expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll support travelers and travel advisors by creating, pricing, ticketing, and managing domestic and international flight itineraries, including premium and first-class travel. You'll also be a trusted resource when travel disruptions occur, helping clients navigate delays, cancellations, missed connections, and other time-sensitive issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Book, ticket, and manage domestic and international air reservations using Sabre.
- Provide accurate airfare quotes and itinerary solutions.
- Troubleshoot travel disruptions and resolve customer issues quickly.
- Support both direct clients and travel advisors with air travel requests.
- Ensure all bookings, charges, and invoices are completed accurately.
- Deliver outstanding post-sale support to build client loyalty and repeat business.
