RETENTION
"Compensation & Schedule Summary
Base Salary: $5 USD per hour.
In this role you will be in charge of providing customer service and helping at-risk or cancelling customers to stay with us. You handle inbound/outbound calls regarding cancellations or dissatisfaction, offering solutions like discounts, service adjustments, or personalized offers to rebuild loyalty
Sales Incentives
Sales 1–25: $8.00 USD per saved sale.
Sales 26-50: $12.00 USD per saved sale.
Sales 51-75: $15.00 USD per saved sale.
Sales 76+: $20.00 USD per saved sale.
Payment Cycle: Commission for SAVES are paid monthly and commissions for SALES are paid bi-weekly.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts. (9-6 pm)
Saturdays: 6-hour shifts (required two Saturdays per month)."
