Duties

- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, telemarketing, and digital outreach to introduce our insurance and benefits solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance options such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products.
- Negotiate terms effectively to close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently.
- Conduct analysis of client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional insurance services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly,



explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or benefits products.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings.
- Familiarity with insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance; knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for efficient sales management.
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills with a focus on client communication and service excellence.
- Analysis skills to interpret client data, market trends, and regulatory requirements for tailored solutions.
