At IDEMIA Secure Transactions, we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia (El Dorado Site)

? Location: Av El Dorado # 90 – 10. 1er piso. Antiguo Edificio Carvajal

? Work model: 100% On-site

This position will have a key role in leading the Quality function at a national level, ensuring the effectiveness of our management systems, compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements, while driving a culture of continuous improvement across our operations.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System and Integrated Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and applicable legal requirements.




- Lead and coordinate internal, external and corporate quality audits.
- Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Promote structured problem-solving methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis and Poka Yoke.
- Lead and develop the Quality team across our operations in Colombia.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure quality standards and requirements are consistently met.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience leading Quality functions in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems.
- Experience with ISO standards and audit management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
