Senior Executive AP (Accounts Payable)
About the Role
We are seeking an AP Senior Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team. The adecuado candidate will have experience managing accounts payable operations, invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance activities within a shared services or corporate finance environment.
Location: Conecta, Calle 26, Bogotá (100% On-site)
Salary: COP $4,000,000 per month
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Contract Type: Indefinite-Term Contract
Payment Frequency: Biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoice processing and payment cycles.
- Review invoice accuracy, coding, approvals, and tax compliance.
- Monitor AP aging and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare AP reports and maintain dashboard updates.
- Assist in training and supporting junior team members.




- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.

Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage SLAs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- English proficiency: B2+ (required).
- Intermediate Excel skills (required).
