VUMI Group invites an experienced HR Manager to lead Colombia’s HR function, based in Medellín. This hybrid role reports to the HR Director and combines strategic business partnership with hands-on HR operations, labor relations, payroll and benefits oversight, and performance management.
The selected candidate will manage a three-person HR team and scale local HR practices in alignment with regional goals while ensuring Colombian compliance and a strong employee experience.
