We are looking for a Junior Project Lead – Software Implementation to join our growing consulting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is interested in project management, technology, consulting, and industrial operations and wants to develop a career in software implementation.

You do not need extensive previous experience in CMMS or software implementation. We are looking for someone with a strong engineering foundation, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.

You will work directly with industrial clients, helping them understand and adopt software solutions while supporting the delivery of implementation projects.

Over time, you will develop the skills and experience needed to independently lead implementation projects and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of CMMS and other software solutions for industrial clients.

Work directly with clients to understand their processes, needs, and requirements.

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and implementation sessions.

Support project planning, tracking, and follow-up.

Help organize, clean, analyze, and validate client data using Excel.

Assist with software configuration and testing.

Support the preparation and execution of client training sessions.

Document project requirements, processes, and deliverables.

Track project activities, deadlines, and open items.

Identify issues and work with the team to develop solutions.

Communicate project updates and follow up with clients and internal stakeholders.

Learn and apply best practices in maintenance management, CMMS implementation, and project management.

Gradually take ownership of implementation activities and eventually lead projects independently.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or related engineering disciplines are preferred.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher – required.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organization and attention to detail.

Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Interest in working with industrial clients and technology solutions.

Experience

This is a Junior-level position.

Previous experience in project management, consulting, engineering, operations, manufacturing, or software is a plus but not required.

Experience with CMMS, EAM, ERP, or other business software is a plus but not required.

Recent graduates with relevant engineering backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
