We're looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and run influencer, UGC, and affiliate programs for our clients. This role combines relationship building, content coordination, product seeding, and performance tracking to ensure every partnership drives measurable results. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to guide strategy, manage campaigns from start to finish, keep creators on track, and act as a key point of contact for the brands we work with.

Responsibilities:




- Develop and execute influencer, UGC, and affiliate marketing strategies for multiple brands
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and affiliate partners across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.)
- Recruit and manage a monthly roster of creators, scaling programs to meet campaign volume targets
- Negotiate contracts, set deliverables, and manage campaign timelines
- Coordinate product seeding and shipping logistics with clients and creators, collecting shipping details and ensuring products reach creators on time
- Follow up consistently with creators to secure posts, corrections, and outstanding deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to develop briefs, content direction, and posting schedules
- Prepare regular campaign status reports covering creators recruited, posts completed, and pending items
- Track and analyze campaign results, turning data into performance insights
