- Support the environmental assessment of solid waste management systems in the municipality of Postrervalle, Santa Cruz, Bolivia, including the identification and analysis of environmental risks, contamination sources, environmental vulnerabilities, and impacts associated with waste generation, collection, transportation, treatment, recovery, composting, and final disposal practices. - Support the development of environmental analyses related to existing infrastructure, operational practices, environmental conditions, and environmental impacts associated with municipal solid waste management systems in Postrervalle. - Formulate environmental objectives and targets for the PMGIRS of Postrervalle, aligned with environmental regulations, municipal capacities, climate resilience principles, environmental sustainability criteria, and integrated solid waste management approaches. - Develop environmental management strategies and recommendations related to reduction of waste generation, environmental education, composting, reduction of environmental impacts,



climate change mitigation, environmental protection, and sustainable waste management practices within the PMGIRS for Postrervalle. - Support the formulation of environmental components of technical and operational models related to composting systems, environmental mitigation measures, environmental sustainability strategies, and reduction of environmental and public health risks associated with solid waste management in Postrervalle. - Support the development of environmental criteria and recommendations for the implementation of sustainable waste management infrastructure, composting systems, environmental mitigation measures, and environmentally sustainable operational practices within the municipality. - Support the development and implementation of environmental training and capacity-building activities directed to municipal staff, operators, and territorial stakeholders in Postrervalle related
