- Job Description:
We're seeking a Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our customer service operations. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients — answering questions, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and helping keep our client pipeline organized and moving. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Follow up on leads and update client records in our CRM
- Provide friendly, professional support to insurance, mortgage, real estate, and tax clients




- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with the internal team via Slack

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using CRM software, Slack, and basic office tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home work environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred:
- Experience in insurance, mortgage, real estate, or financial services
- Experience working remotely for a U.S.based company
