Our client, a well-established Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law firm with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and results-driven Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to join their growing team.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a critical role in converting qualified leads into retained clients while delivering exceptional customer service and building trust with individuals experiencing stressful and challenging situations.



This role combines client relations, sales, customer service, and legal intake expertise in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, web inquiries, and chat communications.
- Conduct intake interviews and initial case screenings in both English and Spanish.
- Evaluate case eligibility for Personal Injury matters, including:
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Slip and fall incidents
- Premises liability claims
- Other injury-related matters
- Gather, verify, and accurately document detailed case information within CRM and case management systems.
- Clearly explain the intake process, required documentation, and next steps to potential clients.
- Build trust and rapport with callers while providing compassionate and professional support.
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients through effective communication and client
