Your impact

Correlation One runs successful educational programs because of the incredible talent we hire through our "Expert Network". Our Expert Network is made up of educators, career success professionals, and curriculum writers who facilitate our programs. This includes Teaching Assistants, Lead Instructors, Curriculum Designers and Career Success Coaches.



These contractors are hired for our specialized programs and often, once they join us for a program, continue to return to work with us again. They join C1 in a temporary, contractor capacity, often while holding full time roles elsewhere.

This position reports to the Director, Program Recruitment.

A day in the life
- Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including posting to relevant job boards and LinkedIn
- Process offers and track hires through Worksuite
- Support administrative processes for the Expert Network Recruitment team including, but not limited to, scheduling, data administration, cleaning reports, and organizing communications
- Maintain strong relationships with members of our Experts Network to keep them engaged; identify creative ways to keep them connected to the organization and opportunities
