I've spent years producing content across multiple different businesses, and the result was a bunch of disconnected pieces that never compounded. I'm looking for a senior marketing lead to fix that: one identity, one engine, multiple product lines underneath it.
The problem you're being hired to solve
I'm Vikram Deol. Serial entrepreneur since 14, eleven-plus businesses, $250M+ in real estate, a hard fall, and a rebuild. I coach, I speak, I build. My podcast is called _Be Real_, and that's not a tagline, it's the whole operating principle.
What I sell sits in four lines. They are not four brands. They are four doors into the same person.

Your job is to make those four feel like one voice, one look, one throughline, so that a person who finds me through sales ends up in AI, and a person who finds me through AI ends up doing the inner work.
That has never been done properly here. That's the opportunity, and it's why this is a senior seat.
What you own
You direct the work. You don't produce it alone. You are not the person cutting videos. You are the person who decides what gets made, briefs the people who make it, holds the quality bar, and answers for the result. If the edit is wrong, that's on you. If the edit is great and nobody saw it, that's also on you.
