About the Roles

What Youll Do
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
- Process account adjustments, transfers, reversals, and write-offs.
- Perform account reconciliations and support payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Support process improvements and other assigned projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Fluent English (written and verbal) required.
- Experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or a related finance function.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
