As our international operations continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and highly organized Country Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview

The Country Coordinator plays a key role in managing our local operations, ensuring smooth communication with partners, monitoring country budgets, and supporting the administrative and financial aspects of the business. This is a hybrid position that combines fieldwork with remote work and requires flexibility to adapt to operational needs.

Language Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory (used daily).
- Fluent Spanish is also required.
- Additional languages are considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities




- Coordinate day-to-day operations within the assigned country.
- Monitor and track country budgets and business-related expenditures.
- Prepare expense reports and ensure accurate financial follow-up.
- Support administrative and basic accounting tasks.
- Manage contracts, documentation, and document filing systems.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, clinics, agencies, and service providers.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and operational logistics.
- Work closely with international teams to ensure efficient communication and project execution.
- Assist management with operational reporting and process improvement.
