Junior Sales Advisor LATAM
This role is with KLG, a global leader in international education. KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized sales advice to prospective clients (no cold calling), ensuring their needs are aligned with our academic offerings.
- Manage client follow-up and sales opportunities through Salesforce and other internal platforms.
- Achieve and exceed individual, market, and KPI targets established by the organization.
- Requirements
- English proficiency (B1/B2).
- Interest and affinity for the travel, education, and language learning sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary and unlimited monthly commissions (uncapped earnings).:
- Initial 2-week onboarding process, with ongoing training and support from the sales team.




- Automatic promotion to Sales Executive after 6 months in the role and upon meeting established performance goals.

- Work Schedule: Rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
