The role

You build real products with AI — fast, and at a quality level you are proud to put your name on. You take a slice of a client solution from spec to working software, using Claude and the rest of our AI toolchain as your primary execution engine, and you own the outcome, not just the code.

What you'll do

- Turn product specs and design flows into working software, end to end (frontend, backend, integrations, deploy).
- Use Claude Code and agentic workflows as your default way of building: context engineering, subagents, MCP servers, hooks, skills.
- Keep our knowledge AI-readable: document decisions, context, and assumptions so humans and agents can reuse them.
- Build and test small internal agents and automations that make the team faster.
- Review your own work critically — you ship things that work, not things that demo.

Requirements

- 2+ years building and shipping software professionally (web products; TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python).
- Real, daily use of AI coding tools — you can explain how you get quality output, not just that you use them.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, in an international work environment.
- Familiarity with the agentic building blocks: MCP, agents/subagents, hooks, tool use, and basic evaluation of AI output.

Extra points!

- Working knowledge of context engineering: how to structure prompts,



context, and specs so an agent produces reliable results.
- Comfort with cloud deployment (AWS or Azure) and modern delivery practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
