About the Role

This is a full-time remote role with a U.S.-based marketing agency serving dental practices. You will own Meta Ads strategy and execution across 8–12 client accounts with a combined monthly ad budget of roughly $150k and growing. This is a client-facing position — you'll present strategy, results, and recommendations directly to dentist clients, so strong English and the ability to explain paid media in plain terms are essential.

Responsibilities

- Own Meta Ads strategy and day-to-day execution for 8–12 dental practice accounts
- Manage and optimize roughly $150k in combined monthly ad spend
- Build campaign structures, audiences, and creative testing plans tailored to each practice
- Monitor performance daily and reallocate budget based on results
- Lead client calls — walk dentist clients through strategy, performance, and next steps in clear, non-technical language
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for each account
- Collaborate with the agency team on creative, offers, and landing pages




- Stay current on Meta platform changes and healthcare advertising policies

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience managing Meta Ads accounts at meaningful budget levels, ideally across multiple accounts at once
- Experience in the dental or healthcare niche
- Strong client-facing communication — comfortable presenting to practice owners and defending strategic decisions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to translate performance data into clear explanations and recommendations
- Organized and self-directed — able to keep 8–12 accounts moving without dropped balls
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Google Ads experience is a plus
- Must be located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)

What the Role Is Not

- Not a set-and-forget media buying role — active management, testing, and budget discipline across every account is the job
- Not a behind-the-scenes position — you will be on calls with dentist clients regularly, and communication matters as much as performance
- Not focused on vanity metrics — we care about booked appointments and new patients for each practice, not impressions and clicks
